By far the best castles and soft play company. Have booked with them for my daughter’s birthday 4 years in a row now and have never been disappointed. Great communication and so friendly, excellent service and cleanliness is 5*. They always clean the equipment before packing it away and never rush the children off which is always appreciated. I recommend maybe introducing a loyalty card scheme seeing as I’ll be using you twice a year now 😉😅 thanks for always delivering guys!

We hired a bouncy castle and the party zone yesterday for a toddlers party and can not fault the company at all!!! They were already at the venue when we arrived and almost set up, friendly, dressed smartly and very efficient. They arrived to collect both inflatables at the end of the party at the agreed time and were packed up and gone just short of 15 mins! Hired a bouncy castle yesterday. Booking was very efficient had a email to confirm. Messaged the morning of arrival just to double check got a quick response.
They arrived an hour later to set up. Very polite and helpful whilst setting it all up and collecting.
