Do you allow face-paint ?

WE DO NOT ALLOW FACE-PAINT! Face-paint stains and damages the inflatable.

How can I book?

All bookings are done online via our website. We do not take booking via email or phone.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have £5,000,000 of public liability cover. We adhere to all health and safety standards - you can rest assured you're in safe hands with us!

Do you take last minute bookings?

Yes, we do - just give us a call. We are always happy to help. Please note that we work on a first-come first-served basis, so your desired items may be unavailable last-minute, although we should have alternatives for you.

Is your electrical equipment PAT tested?

Yes, all our electrical equipment is tested yearly in compliance with health and safety requirements. We also arrange for annual inspections of our inflatables.

Do your bouncy castles have rain covers?

Yes, most of our bouncy castles have rains covers. This should keep the party going in light and moderate rainfall. Blowers and fans may need to be sheltered from the rain.

Are your inflatables tested?

All our bouncy castles, inflatable slides, disco domes and other inflatables are tested annually through the PIPA scheme. This is in accordance with Health and Safety Executive recommendations. Testing certificates are available on request.

Are your products clean?

All our inflatables, soft play sets, garden games and other items are cleaned before every rental. We want every item to be in an immaculate condition for your big day!

Are you members of the British Inflatables Hirers Alliance?

Yes, we are members of the BIHA. We are also a part of other industry organisations and regularly share tips and best practice ideas with other bouncy castle and inflatable hire companies throughout the UK. You can rest assured you're with a competent and professional team with us!

Where do you operate?

We work all over Gloucestershire, including but not limited to Gloucester, Cirencester, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Stroud, Tetbury, Kingswood, Filton, Stonehouse, and the Cotswolds. Please see our delivery areas for more information about our delivery radius.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No deposit is required for bookings.

How long does it take to set up and collect a bouncy castle?

A bouncy castle takes approximately 10-15 minutes to set up and around 10-15 minutes for collection.

Can the bouncy castles go indoors?

Our bouncy castles can go indoors but you must check the heights of the celling before booking. The ceiling must be higher than the height of the bouncy castle booked. Sizes and heights of all bouncy castles are on our website. Please also ensure there is adequate access and that we can deliver the bouncy castle without going up any staircases. contact us if you are unsure and we can assist you on what fits in what hall before making your booking.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery or you can make payment when booking via square payment or Apple Pay. If you require an invoice, invoice is to be paid before the booking date. Please let us know as soon as possible if there are any issues.

How long is the hire for?

A hire can be for up to 8 hours. Just tell us your required hire time and we will accommodate you as closely as possible.

Do you offer overnight hire?

Overnight hire will be double the value of your original booking.

How much does it cost to power the fan?

The fans cost around 20p - 25p per hour in electricity costs. This will depend on your tariff. Please note we need access to a mains power supply to run the fans, although generators may be available at an extra cost.

What happens if it's raining?

We asses every outdoor booking on the morning of hire. If rain is heavy or strong winds are forecast we would have to cancel/re-schedule your booking. if you have paid upfront a full refund would be sent back to you asap.

Who's responsibility is it to check the height and sizes of halls?

It is your responsibility to check the height and size of any hall booked. If you are unsure we are happy to help, but please make sure you've checked the sizes are correct before booking.

What about if we want to cancel?

If you want to cancel a booking we just ask if you can give us as much notice as possible, all cancellations must be done via phone text or what's app, please do not email if you wish to cancel.

Can I use a bouncy castle in the rain?

We advise that you wait unit the rain passes.

Do you hire bouncy castles during the winter for outside use?

No we do not hire our bouncy castles during the winter for outside use. We will be happy to hire for inside use only.

Can I use a bouncy castle in the wind?

We do not provide bouncy castle hire for outdoor use when wind speeds or gusts will be above 24mph. This is for your safety and is in line with health and safety recommendations.

Do you have bouncy castles for grown-ups?

Yes, we have a wide range of adult bouncy castles for hire. These can also be used by children, and have a larger capacity than our children's bouncy castles. However please note that all the bouncers on a bouncy castle at any one time should all be around the same size, and to minimise the risk of injury, grown-ups should not bounce with children.
