Event Hire at Chalford Sports and Social Club
If you are hosting an event at Chalford Sports and Social Club, we can supply inflatables, soft play and games that suit the hall layout and facilities. This is a flexible, well-equipped venue that works well for everything from children’s parties to larger family and community events.

The Main Hall offers a configurable layout depending on your event and has a capacity of up to 150 guests. It is a popular choice for wedding receptions, birthday parties, concerts and family celebrations, and is also suitable for children’s parties.

Hall hire pricing (guide)
Please note that prices are provided as a guide and should be confirmed directly with the club.
- Main Hall – all day (e.g. wedding reception and evening party): £200
- Main Hall – afternoon and evening: £175
- Main Hall – evening only: £140
- Main Hall – morning only: £65
- Main Hall – afternoon only: £75
- Main Hall only (without bar) – members’ children’s parties: £50
- Main Hall only (with bar, Mon & Thurs): £35 per hour
- Lounge only with bar (per session): £65
Additional charges may apply, including:
- Membership fee (where required): £15
- Refundable damage deposit: £100
- Optional clear-up charge (excluding food): £75
The club also offers 30 plastic plates and cups for hire at £5 to help reduce landfill waste.
